Brett Favre and his comback from retirement....again

Brett's career with the Packers roughly parallels that of Ferrari driver Michael Schumacher in the high octane sport of Formula One motor racing, the pinnacle of motor sport. Both were born in 1969, both retired after failing to win the championship in their last season.

At his peak,Schumacher was arguably the most internationally recognizable figure in the history of sport, right up there with Tiger Wood and Pele'

Like the Packers before Favre, Ferrari before Schumacher went decades of dismal performance and were somewhat of a joke for many seasons.

Schumacher has announced his coming out of retirement to drive again, albeit without all the drama of Favre and the Vikings deal, not for Ferrari. in 2010

Many of the "Tifosi" (the fanatic Italian Ferrari fans) are calling Michael a traitor; not unlike how some misguided Packer fans view Brett Favre.

Michael Schumacher owes nothing to Ferrari, rather Ferrari owes everything to him.
The same can be said for Brett and the Packers
